  KHRP is pleased to announce the publication of the latest issues of its biannual legal journal and quarterly newsletter.Covering the period from January to June 2009, Legal Review 15 features updates on legal developments relating to the Kurdish regions, as well as summaries and analysis of relevant decisions by international, UK and US courts. Articles in this issue tackle the protection of the right to family life in expulsion cases within the European legal framework, the concept of the rule of law, structural violence against women in Kurdistan, Iraq, and the practical implications for freedom of expression in Armenia of the landmark ruling by the European Court of Human Rights in the KHRP-assisted case of Meltex Ltd and Mesrop Movsesyan v. Armenia. Newsline 46 provides updates on KHRP activities in the past three months, as well as developments relevant to the human rights situation in the Kurdish regions.
