KHRP is pleased to announce that an Armenian-language version of its Taking Cases to the European Court of Human Rights: A Manual (Second Edition) is now available for free download from our website here. Written by Kerim Yildiz and Lucy Claridge, the manual is intended as a practical guide to using the Strasbourg mechanisms.
